摘要
浙江省于2019 年率先在全国提出建设未来社区的构想.宁波市骆驼桥未来社区注重平衡好社区公共性和保障投资建设主体回报率二者之间的关系,以满足社区居民的美好生活需要为价值指引,凸显未来社区的民生属性,将历史文化街区和传统建筑与现代社区场景有机融合,以党建为引领构建全员参与的未来社区治理场景,走出了一条有内涵、有特色、可复制、可推广的未来社区建设之路.
Abstract
In 2019,Zhejiang Province took the lead in putting forward the concept of building future com-munities across the country.Ningbo's Luotuoqiao future community focuses on balancing the public nature of the future community with the need to ensure a return on investment,to meet the needs of the residents of a better life as a value guide to highlight the future community attributes of people'livelihood,historical and cultural blocks and traditional buildings and modern community scene organic integration,taking the party construction as the guide to construct the future community governance scene with the participation of all the member,it leads to a road of future community construction with connotation,characteristics,replication and popularization.
