A Study on the Policy Agenda Triggering Mechanism of Internet Public Event under the Perspective of Multi-source Theory——csQCA Analysis Based on 18 Cases
As the Internet has become a new public domain for public opinion expression,the influence of Internet public event on public policy is deepening day by day.Starting from the multi-source theory this paper selects 18 typical cases of Internet public event and adopts the clear set qualitative comparative analy-sis(csQCA)to analyze the complex mechanism of policy agenda setting under the trigger of Internet public event,which has both theoretical interpretation significance and practical application value,three main modes were summarized.The study found that"event type"failed to significantly influence policy agenda setting.The"combination of events"and"political pressure"can promote the policy agenda setting under the combined action of other factors.With the cooperation of other conditions,"low policy maturity"and"high expert attention"can help promote the transformation of social problems into public policy issues,promote government departments to perceive and fill the defects or gaps in some policy fields,thus having a positive impact on the policy agenda setting and effectively resolving social contradictions.
