高校辅导员数字领导力现状探析

摘要
数字时代,辅导员与学生的互动环境已经延展到了网络空间.面对新环境,辅导员数字领导力的内容和作用发挥,已成为一项崭新的议题.本文在文献回顾的基础上,基于社会信息加工理论,对来自45 所高校的597 位本科生开展了问卷调查,使用SPSS 对调查数据进行整理、分析.研究发现:辅导员数字领导力真实存在;学生年级因素与辅导员数字领导力有相关性;不同办学性质学校的辅导员,数字领导力存在差异.本研究为辅导员领导力的研究提供了有价值的理论和实践意义.
Abstract
In the digital age,the interactive environment between counselors and students has extended into the online space.Consequently,the existence and effectiveness of counselors'leadership in the digital envi-ronment have become a novel topic in educational management.Drawing on a literature review and ground-ed in social information processing theory,this study conducted a questionnaire survey among 597 under-graduate students from 45 universities and colleges.The collected survey data were processed and analyzed using SPSS.The research findings are as follows:counselors'e-leadership plays a role in management;students'academic year is correlated with counselors'e-leadership;and there are corresponding differences in e-leadership among counselors from schools with different educational characteristics.This study provides valuable theoretical and practical implications for the research on counselors'e-leadership.
