摘要
巾帼志愿服务参与基层社会治理基本形成了以阵地建设为平台、以队伍培育为重点、以能力提升为关键、以服务供给为核心、以品牌树立为抓手的参与路径,其参与基层社会治理的成效正在凸显,尤其是巾帼志愿服务在扶老助残、服务妇女儿童、开展家庭教育等方面发挥的作用越来越明显.未来,还需从巾帼志愿者能力提升、巾帼志愿队伍管理、巾帼志愿服务长效机制和多元协同机制建立、品牌建设等方面多措并举,助力巾帼志愿服务高质量发展,为基层社会治理贡献更多力量.
Abstract
Women's voluntary service participation in grassroots social governance has been steadily promo-ted,basically forming a participation path with position construction as the platform,team cultivation as the focus,capacity improvement as the key,service supply as the core,and brand building as the starting point.The achievements of their participation in grassroots social governance are becoming more prominent,especially in the role of women's volunteer services in helping the elderly and the disabled,serving women and children,and providing obvious family education.Multiple measures need to be taken to improve the ability of female volunteers,manage the team of female volunteer,establish the long-term mechanism and multiple coordination mechanism of female volunteer service,and build brands,so as to help the high-quality development of female volunteer service and contribute more to grassroots social governance.
