个案工作介入失智症老年人社会支持网络构建的研究——以A养老机构为例

随着我国老龄人口的日益增长,人口老龄化与养老问题愈加突出,大多数患有失智症的老人进入新的环境会产生陌生及害怕的感觉,同时也对周围环境有较强的抵触心理,面对生活环境的重大改变,原有的社会支持网络系统的崩塌,让失智症老人出现焦虑、疏离等现象.本文立足于社会支持网络,采用个案工作的介入方式对A养老机构内失智症老年人的社会支持网络构建问题进行干预介入,帮助老人重建优势,进而延缓失智症发展程度.
Abstract
With the increasing aging population in our country,the issues of population aging and elderly care have become increasingly prominent.Most elderly people with dementia feel unfamiliar and afraid when entering a new environment,but also have a strong resistance to the surrounding environment.Faced with major changes in the living environment and the collapse of the original social support network system,eld-erly people with dementia experience anxiety,alienation,and other phenomena.This article is based on so-cial support networks and adopts a case study intervention approach to intervene in the construction of social support networks for elderly people with dementia in A elderly care institution,helping them rebuild their advantages and delay the development of dementia.
