Directly using the Monte Carlo program to simulate the source-less efficiency of HPGe detectors takes long time to run.This paper studies and tests a source-less efficiency algorithm based on numerical integration,which can be applied to the source-less efficiency calibration of point sources and volume sources.On the basis of ensuring that the efficiency calibration deviation is not more than 10%,the single efficiency calibration operation time is reduced from approximately 180 seconds when directly simulated to less than 10 seconds,achieve a breakthrough in the calibration efficiency of HPGe detectors.
