With the increasing demand of urban and rural residents for tumor treatment and analgesic therapy,medical linear accelerator construction projects have become more and more frequent.In order to improve the scientific evaluation of radiation protection in the construction of medical linear accelerator,this paper compares the differences between NCRP 151-2005 international standard and GBZ 201.2-2011 domestic health standard over an accelerator construction project.The conservative prediction results of the two criteria for the dose rate of concern in the 10 MV conventional treatment mode and the 6 MV FFF treatment mode were analyzed.The value of this research can guide the environmental impact assessment of medical linear accelerator and improve the utilization of nuclear technology.
