摘要

本研究介绍了自给能中子探测器发射体的结构、类型及原理,并根据反应原理将发射体材料进行了分类,并且分别介绍了每一类材料的作用机制和特点.重点分析了铑、银、钒、钴、铪、铂、钼、铍等几种材料的物理特性、反应过程以及现有的灵敏度研究数据,并结合文献数据,对几种新的发射体材料应用前景进行了分析.结果表明,除上述工艺成熟的材料外,钽有希望成为灵敏度高、响应快速的新发射体材料,铍可以作为测量快中子的有效材料.

Abstract

This study introduces the structure,type,and principles of the emitter of a self-powered neutron detector.The emitter materials are classified based on their reaction principles,and the characteristics and mechanisms of each kind of material are thoroughly explained.Analyzed data on the physical properties,reaction processes,and sensitivity data of rhodium,silver,vanadium,cobalt,hafnium,platinum,molybdenum,beryllium,and other materials were presented.Combined with literature data,the study presents an analysis of the future applications of several new emitter materials.The results indicate that iridium and tantalum are fast-responding emitter materials with highly sensitive characteristics and might be promising for future applications.Beryllium was also found to be efficient in measuring fast neutrons.
