In the future experiments of the circular electron positron collider(CEPC),the silicon pixel vertex detector demands high spatial resolution, which presents significant challenges in chip and detector design.TaichuPix,a series of silicon pixel detector chips based on CMOS technology, represents a crucial endeavor in this domain. Its first batch of engineering chips have been utilized in developing the full-size prototype of the vertex detector. To meet the specific needs of the vertex detector prototype in beam-line experiments, this paper designs and implements a cross-platform data acquisition system based on the JavaFx framework. This system efficiently handles the configuration, data collection, online data verification, and real-time monitoring of the detector prototype, while also offering a user-friendly graphical interface. In the laboratory environment and beam tests at the German Electron Synchrotron(DESY),the data acquisition system have been validated in terms of functionality and operational stability, fully meeting the experimental requirements of the silicon pixel vertex detector prototype.
