There are many forms of unused micro-energy in the environment, which can be used repeatedly by micro-devices through efficient collection. In this paper,a low-power wireless dosimeter was designed, which uses BQ25505 chip and auxiliary circuits to collect and dynamically manage micro-energy,uses BGO+SiPM as the detector, and uses low-power chip to complete the analog circuit design, and finally uses CC2541 Bluetooth chip to complete data processing and transmission.Tests show that the dosimeter has a good response to the dose rate, and can collect the microwatt energy in the indoor light to supply power for the dosimeter, which is of great significance to the development of dosimeters with inconvenient power supply, such as throw-type or unattended dosimeters.
