摘要

环境中存在多种形式未被利用的微能量,通过对其高效收集可供微型设备反复使用.设计了一款低功耗无线剂量仪,通过BQ25505芯片及附属电路进行微能量有效收集与动态管理,采用BGO+SiPM作为探测器,并使用低功耗芯片完成模拟电路设计,最后由CC2541蓝牙芯片完成数据处理和传输.经测试表明,该剂量仪剂量率响应情况良好,且能够收集室内灯光中微瓦级能量为剂量仪进行供电,对抛投式或无人监管等电源供给不便的剂量仪研制具有重要意义.

Abstract

There are many forms of unused micro-energy in the environment,which can be used repeatedly by micro-devices through efficient collection.In this paper,a low-power wireless dosimeter was designed,which uses BQ25505 chip and auxiliary circuits to collect and dynamically manage micro-energy,uses BGO+SiPM as the detector,and uses low-power chip to complete the analog circuit design,and finally uses CC2541 Bluetooth chip to complete data processing and transmission.Tests show that the dosimeter has a good response to the dose rate,and can collect the microwatt energy in the indoor light to supply power for the dosimeter,which is of great significance to the development of dosimeters with inconvenient power supply,such as throw-type or unattended dosimeters.
