摘要

为适应反应堆、核电厂、乏燃料后处理厂以及核材料储运等场所对临界事故的监测需求,设计了基于FPGA+ARM的新型中子临界报警仪.该中子临界报警仪主要由探测装置、处理显示单元和声光报警监控平台组成.性能测试表明,该中子临界报警仪可对1 mSv·h-1的当量剂量率辐射水平,最短持续时间1 ms的快辐射事件做出有效报警响应,报警响应时间小于10 ms.该中子临界报警仪满足设计要求,可用于存在核临界事故风险的场所中对临界事故的监测及报警.

Abstract

To meet the monitoring needs for critical accidents in places with nuclear criticality accident risk,such as reactors,nuclear power plants,spent fuel post-processing facilities,and nuclear material storage and transportation facilities,the new type of neutron critical alarm instrument based on FPGA+ARM is designed.The neutron critical alarm instrument is composed of detection device,processing and displaying unit,and a platform that can send out alarm signals through sound and light,and has monitoring functions.According to performance testing,the equivalent dose rate radiation level of this event is 1 mSv/h,and the alarm response time is less than 10 ms.The neutron criticality alarm instrument meets the design requirements and can be used for monitoring and alarming of critical accidents in places with nuclear criticality accident risk.
