摘要

水中放射性总活度是水体日常辐射监测的必测项目,常规低本底α/β测量仪不适宜于高盐分水体中总放射性活度的测量,低本底液体闪烁法具有操作简单、探测效率高且能够实现α/β甄别等优点,能够有效解决这个问题.在优化的条件下,α源对β道的串道比Kαβ和β源对α道的串道比Kβα分别为18.6%和7.50%,总α、总β放射性活度检出限分别为0.052 Bq/L和0.080 Bq/L,对3个不同含量的样品测试研究其精密度和准确度,总α放射性活度测量相对标准偏差为6.9%~8.6%,相对误差分别为-6.27%~3.33%.总β放射性活度测量相对标准偏差为的6.2%~9.3%,相对误差分别为-4.44%~9.17%.对不同盐分样品进行加标回收试验,总α放射性活度的加标回收率在91.8%~106%之间,总β放射性活度的加标回收率在93.3%~111%之间.用液体闪烁法与低本底测量仪测量高盐分模拟样品的结果表明,低本底α/β测量仪的测量结果因受到盐分的影响而偏离推荐值,液体闪烁法测试结果与模拟样品推荐值接近.用液体闪烁法测量高盐分真实样品,其精密度与准确度满足分析要求.

Abstract

The total activity of radioactivity in water is a necessary item for daily radiation monitoring of water,Low background α/β measuring instrument is not suitable for the gross alpha and gross beta in high salt water,The low background liquid scintillation method can effectively solve the problem by the advantages of simple operation,high detection efficiency,and can realize α/β.Under optimized conditions,The crosstalk ratio of the alpha calibration in the beta(Kαβ)and the beta calibration in the alpha(Kβα)was 18.6%and 7.50%respectively,the detection limits of gross alpha and gross beta are 0.052 Bq/L and 0.080 Bq/L respectively.The precision(RSD,n=11)and accuracy are studied by three samples with different salt contents.For gross alpha,the relative standard deviation is 6.9%-8.6%,and the relative error is-6.27%-3.33%.For gross beta,the relative standard deviation is 7.6%-9.3%,and the relative error is-4.44%-9.17%.The spiking recovery test was conducted on different salt samples,The spiked recovery rate of gross alpha is between 91.8%-106%,The spiked recovery rate of gross beta is 93.3%-111%.The liquid scintillation method and low background measuring instrument were used to measure the simulated samples with high salts.The results showed that,the measurement result of Low background α/β measuring instrument is deviates from the recommended value because of influence of high salts,but,the measurement results of liquid scintillation method are consistent with the recommended values of simulated samples.The precision and accuracy of liquid scintillation method for measuring high salinity real samples meet the analytical requirements.
