The qualification rate of radon measuring instrument is lower than that of other radiometric instruments.In order to explore the common unqualified items and influencing factors,provide suggestions for the improvement of instrument manufacturers and the use and maintenance of users,and finally improve the qualification rate of radon measuring instrument verification,this paper,starting from the advantages of metrology station,makes statistics on the verification data in recent 5 years,adopts nested Pareto chart in statistical analysis,analyzes the key items that affect the qualification rate of radon measuring instrument verification,and makes in-depth analysis on the key items,analyze key factors in key projects.The key factors causing the low qualification rate of radon measuring instrument and the countermeasures are pointed out.From the analysis results and the fishbone diagram,it can be concluded that the main items and main factors,influential factors and minor factors that affect the verification qualification rate of radon measuring instrument.The main unqualified item in the verification of instantaneous radon measuring instrument is"appearance and identification".The main influencing factor is the leakage of soil sampling tank,while the main unqualified item in the verification of continuous radon measuring instrument is the corresponding volume activity.The main influencing factor is that the annual deviation of volume activity response is too large.Focus on major unqualified items,but do not ignore the role of minor unqualified items.Major and minor unqualified items can be transformed into each other.The unqualified items of radon measuring instrument can be improved by strengthening training and technical improvement.Through statistical analysis,finding out the main factors of unqualified items in the verification of radon measuring instrument,and putting forward reasonable suggestions for improvement will help to improve the qualified rate of radon measuring instrument verification,promote trilateral cooperation,and it plays a positive role in promoting the improvement and development of radon measuring instrument.
