A high efficiency radioxenon isotopes detector, combined with sampling unit and processing unit,to achieve automatic monitoring of radioxenon isotopes in the atmosphere has been developed in this study. The system uses β-γ coincidence detection technology to reduce the background count rate.Based on dual high-purity germanium detectors and PIPSBOX detectors,a sandwich type HPGe/PPSBOX/HPGe detector structure is designed to improve the detection efficiency of the detector. The point sources are used to calibrate the energy and resolution of the high-purity detector and the PIPSBOX detector. The detection efficiency of the detector is calibrated by using volume source combined with Geant4 simulation. The final expected minimum detection activity concentration(MDC)of 133Xe is about 0.178 mBq/m3.
