摘要

针对辐射防护工作人员个人辐射剂量监测需求,设计了一种基于GM计数管的个人剂量仪.使用Altium Designer软件,设计了低压电路、高压电路、声光报警电路以及RTC时钟电路等,并完成样机的设计和研制.在X/γ射线辐射场中对研制的样机进行重复性、相对固有误差和能量响应的初步测量,测量结果为后续进一步优化该剂量仪提供了参考,以最终满足JJG1009-2016技术规范的要求.该剂量仪具备瞬时剂量、累积剂量和脉冲计数显示以及报警阈值设置、声光振动报警等功能,在设计特点上突出便携式、低功耗和续航久的特点.

Abstract

In order to meet the needs of radiation protection workers for personal radiation dose monitoring,a personal dosimeter based on GM counting tube was designed.By using Altium Designer software to design the low-voltage power supply circuit,high-voltage circuit,acousto-optic alarm circuit,and RTC clock circuit.The design and development of the prototype was completed.The repeatability,relative intrinsic error,and energy response of the developed prototype were preliminarily measured in the X/γ-ray radiation field,and the measurement results provided a reference for further optimization of the dosimeter to finally meet the requirements of JJG 1009-2016 technical specification.The dosimeter has the functions of instantaneous dose,cumulative dose and pulse counting display,alarm threshold setting,acousto-optic vibration alarm,etc.It has the features of portable,low power consumption and long service life.
