The rapid and accurate analysis of uranium concentration and nitric acid concentration is an important process control data in the post-process plant,and there are problems such as low analysis efficiency and radiation dose risk by sampling analysis,so this paper proposes a design scheme that combines the measurement of uranium concentration by γ absorption method with the measurement of nitric acid concentration by conductivity method.Based on the absorbance and conductivity data of the prepared uranium-nitric acid solution,the data fitting of the basic data is carried out by using the least squares method,and the mathematical model between uranium concentration,nitric acid concentration,absorbance and conductivity are established.After the development of the instrument,the performance test showed that in the range of uranium concentration:30~350 g/L and nitric acid concentration:1~4 mol/L,the measurement relative error of uranium concentration was 1.2%,the measurement relative error of nitric acid concentration was 2.6%,and the instrument had good safety performance and anti-interference ability.
