摘要

M5锆合金包壳是由法国法马通公司设计研发的,目前广泛应用于核电厂AFA-3G等系列的燃料组件.本文分析了国内外核电厂使用M5合金燃料包壳表面材料在堆内流致振动下脱落共性问题的研究现状,包括燃料组件外观检查情况、氧化膜厚度测量情况等,从而得出研究结论并提出合理建议.

Abstract

M5 zirconium alloy cladding is designed and developed by French company Framatome.It is widely used in AFA-3G series fuel for nuclear power plants.In this paper,the research status of the common problems of surface material shedding of M5 alloy fuel cladding in nuclear power plants at home and abroad under flow induced vibration is analyzed,including the appearance inspection of fuel assembly and the measurement of oxide film thickness,so as to draw research conclusions and put forward reasonable suggestions.
