摘要

依据核安全法规和相关标准,设计了放射性污染衣物自动监测与分拣系统.仪器通过升降装置、传送装置和软件管理系统实现了对辐射控制区内人员穿戴过的工作服等物件表面β放射性污染的监测,并通过分拣装置,自动分拣干净或有污染的物件.现场应用测试表明,该系统各项技术指标满足设计要求,人机交互性良好,测量过程完全自动化,可高效地进行衣物表面污染监测与分拣,有效防止污染扩散.

Abstract

Based on the regulations related the nuclear safety and the standards related,combined with years of the nuclear power on-site operation and maintenance as well as the experience feedback,the automatic monitoring and sorting system for radioactive contaminated laundry is designed in this paper.This system realizes the monitoring of β radioactive contamination on the object surfaces such as work clothes worn by personnel in the radiation control area,besides,which can automatically distinguish clean or contaminated objects through the automatic sorting system.The physical performance,electrical safety regulations,electromagnetic compatibility and environmental adaptability of the instrument are tested according to relevant standards,and the test results meet the corresponding requirements.The field application shows that the technical qualifications and the human-computer interaction meet the design requirements.The measurement process is fully automated,which can effectively monitor and sort the surface radiation contamination of clothing,and prevent the spread of radiation contamination.
