In order to meet the requirement of nuclear fuel gap and enrichment test,an integrated multipath single-channel energy spectrometer is designed.The multi-anode photomultiplier tube readout chip MPR2 was used to perform the front-end signal forming and screening,and FPGA was used for control and counting.Finally,the output data was sent to the upper computer by ARM microprocessor.The design results were verified by standard signal generator.The experimental results show that the counting error of the spectrometer is±1 when the pulse signal is below 300 kHz,and the maximum counting rate of the spectrometer can reach 5 MHz.The equipment has been running stably in the nuclear fuel rod enrichment detection system since 2018,and the spectrometer can meet the requirements of nuclear fuel gap and nuclear fuel enrichment detection design.
