摘要

为研究不凝性气体对蒸汽发生器冷凝回流传热特性的影响,采用计算流体动力学方法,基于扩散平衡模型和湍流模型对蒸汽发生器U形管进行建模及数值模拟计算.计算结果表明,不凝性气体的含量对冷凝回流传热有明显影响,仅2%的不凝性气体含量就会使换热系数降为不含不凝性气体时的60%~65%;同时,不凝性气体含量对上升段流速有一定的提升作用,且冷凝传热能力随入口质量流量的增加而增加.

Abstract

In order to investigate the influence of non-condensable gas on heat transfer characteristics of steam generator reflux cooling,the steam generator tube is modeled and numerically simulated based on diffusion equilibrium model and turbulence model by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)tools.The simulation results show that presence of non-condensable gas influences reflux cooling heat transfer obviously,only 2%non-condensable gas content will reduce the heat transfer coefficient to 60%~65%of that without non-condensable gas,meanwhile,presence of non-condensable gas can improve the velocity in ascending section,and the condensation heat transfer capacity increases along with the increase of inlet mass flow rate.
