In this paper,a new generation of airborne gamma spectrometer has been carried out based on the latest detector materials, semiconductor photovoltaic conversion devices and high-performance microprocessors.A SiPM array type airborne nuclear radiation detection system is developed, and the energy spectrum readout circuit unit supporting it is designed. The hardware design mainly consists of SiPM cerium bromide gamma spectrum collector and arrayed airborne nuclear radiation detection load,of which the SiPM digital multi-channel gamma spectrum collector is the core component of the gamma spectrometer, the SiPM readout circuit, preamplification, programmable gain control,high-speed ADC conversion,FPGA&ARM control, power supply and TCP/IP protocol conversion and other functions are integrated into a single unit to realize the highly integrated and digitally controlled functions.Highly integrated and digitally controlled.Tests show that the energy resolution of SiPM Cerium Bromide Gamma Spectrum Collector is better than 4.2%(@662 keV for 137 Cs),and the array-type airborne nuclear radiation detection system designed in this way is lightweight,high-resolution,and capable of identifying and searching for radioactive sources. At the same time, the system can be mounted on a small unmanned aircraft platform with an open platform, synchronize the energy spectrum information with Beidou geographic information, time information and other data to complete the platform docking, which can be applied to nuclear power plant monitoring, environmental protection,anti-terrorism and emergency response scenarios, and has a wide range of application value.
