This article presents a γ-ray spectrum measurement system based on ZYNQ,designed for γ-ray spectrum measurement of NaI detectors in transient neutron activation analyzers. The γ-ray spectrum acquisition system mainly includes a high-voltage power supply,a digital multi-channel amplitude analysis system, and an upper computer, capable of achieving a sampling frequency of up to 130Msps and data transmission and control via Gigabit Ethernet.Through tests with 137 Cs,60 Co,and 152 Eu radioactive sources, the γ-ray spectrum acquisition system exhibits a linear fitting goodness of 0.999,with an energy resolution of 8.76%(@0.662 keV).The results demonstrate that the performance of this γ-ray spectrum acquisition system meets the spectrum measurement requirements for coal quality component detection.
