In order to study the response characteristics of non-ionization chamber detectors in depth dose distribution scanning,the depth dose distribution of medical photon beam and electron beam was scanned by using plane parallel ionization chamber,semiconductor and diamond detectors.The plane parallel ionization chamber is used as a reference to analyze and compare the parameters of semiconductor and gem detectors in maximum dose depth and radiation quality to explore their performance in depth dose.Results showed:under the medical photon beams,except for two detectors,the maximum relative deviation between the radiation quality obtained by the other detectors and the reference value is -0.67%,conforms to TRS-398 report high-energy photon beam allowable uncertainty of 1.0%;when the electron beam is less than 10 MeV the minimum average relative deviation between the radiation quality obtained by the non-ionization chamber detector and the reference value at each energy is 1.91%;when the energy is≥10 MeV,the maximum average relative deviation is 1.01%,except for two detectors,the maximum relative deviation of the other detectors is -1.15%,conforms to TRS-398 report high-energy electron beam allowable uncertainty of 1.2%.The relative deviation between the measured radiation quality and the reference value of the P-type semiconductor detector is within±0.85%,which is larger than the relative deviation range of±0.67%of the E-type semiconductor detector.Conclusion:The non-ionization chamber detector has little effect under high-energy photon beams.When the electron beam is less than 10 MeV,the influence is greater,and when the energy is≥10 MeV,the influence is smaller.The E-type semiconductor detector is selected as far as possible,and the material of the detector shell is considered.
