摘要

为适应核燃料后处理厂放射性废树脂界面实时监测需要,设计了音叉式废树脂界面开关测量装置,采用分体式管道叉传感器的废树脂界面信号测量方法,达到了实时监测的目的.现场应用测试表明,音叉式废树脂界面开关可以实现废树脂界面信号的检测,并具有测量精度高、耐辐射的特点,可在核燃料后处理厂中推广和应用.

Abstract

To meet the real-time monitoring needs of radioactive waste resin interface in nuclear fuel reprocessing plants,a tuning fork type waste resin interface switch measurement device was designed.The device utilizes a split-type pipe fork sensor method to measure the waste resin interface signal,achieving the goal of real-time monitoring.On-site application tests have demonstrated that the tuning fork type waste resin interface switch can detect the waste resin interface signal effectively,boasting high measurement accuracy and radiation resistance.It is suitable for promotion and application in nuclear fuel reprocessing plants.
