摘要

对于核电厂管道焊接接头焊缝的射线检测,底片数字化是趋势,其中双胶片法则需要对两张数字化底片的图像进行配准,方能进行评价.对此,本研究将基于特征点匹配的图像配准方法应用到数字化底片叠加中去,并通过相关试验在该算法下得到的召回率和精密度分别达到 98.59%和 97.68%,验证了该方法的有效性,从而实现数字化底片图像自动配准,提高检测数据一致性和检测质量,对核电厂定期检查过程中安全性评估准确性的进一步提升具有积极作用.

Abstract

For radiographic inspection of welds in nuclear power plant pipeline welds,the digitization of negatives is the trend,in which the two-film rule requires the registration of the images of two digital negatives before they can be evaluated.In this study,the image registration method based on feature point matching is applied to the digital negative superposition,and the recall rate and accuracy of the algorithm are 98.59%and 97.68%,respectively,which verifies the effectiveness of the method,so as to realize the automatic registration of digital negative images,improve the consistency and quality of detection data,and further improve the accuracy of safety assessment in the process of periodic inspection of nuclear power plants.
