With the gradual slowdown of urban boundary expansion,the planning and construction of the distribution network has also shifted from new construction to simultaneous construction and renovation.The planning and design guidelines for the distribution network have also been refined from power supply zoning to power supply grids and units.In order to meet the dif-ferentiated planning goals,refined management and construction,efficient and economical operation and development direction,as well as management requirements of the distribution network,this paper formulates investment management strategies for power grid and power supply units from two dimensions:spatial and temporal constraints,external and internal demands of grid construction,and forms a power grid investment management strategy based on a spacetime compass.
