摘要

利用带电作业平台进行带电检修作业是维护架空输电线路正常运行的主要手段之一,而传统的带电作业平台仍存在结构或适用范围上的局限性.提出一种用于架空输电线路带电检修的新型带电作业平台,该平台的主体框架由方钢构成,易于制造且携带轻便,另外设有可任意调节旋转角度的载人板及开关保险装置,确保该平台在使用过程中方便灵活且安全可靠.建立了该带电作业平台的有限元模型,分析了不同工作需求下平台的力学性能,计算了作业人员利用平台进行带电作业时身体周围的电场强度分布情况,并提出相应防护建议.经现场运行试验,验证了新型带电作业平台的可行性与安全可靠性.

Abstract

The use of live work platforms for live maintenance is one of the main means to maintain the normal operation of o-verhead transmission lines.However,traditional live work platforms still have limitations in structure or scope of application.A new type of live work platform for live overhaul of overhead transmission lines is proposed.The main frame of the live work platform is made of square steel,which is easy to manufacture and portable.In addition,it is equipped with a manned board that can adjust the rotation angle and a switch fuse to ensure that the platform is convenient,flexible,safe and reliable during use.The finite element model of the live work platform was established,and the mechanical properties of the platform under differ-ent work requirements were analyzed.The electric field intensity distribution around the body when the staff used the platform for live work was calculated,and the corresponding protection suggestions were put forward.The field operation test verifies the feasibility,safety and reliability of the new platform.
