Analysis of Common Problems and Design Suggestions of Anti-jumping Circuit on Circuit Breaker
This paper summarizes the common problems in the anti-jumping circuit of the operation box and the circuit breaker body,analyzes situations such as anti tripping failure,impedance mismatch between anti tripping relay and circuit breaker open-ing and closing winding,impedance mismatch between anti tripping relay and tripping position monitoring relay caused by the action time of the anti trip relay slower than the action time of the circuit breaker,analyzes the action timing and voltage current coordination relationship of auxiliary contacts of each component,and proposes suggestions for the design and selection of con-ventional circuit breakers and FC circuit breakers without anti trip circuits based on the successful cases of anti jump circuit transformation.
