直流汇流作为微能源的有效整合方式,在直流建筑系统等应用场景中普遍采用.将宽范围低电压等级安全、高效、紧凑的升压至汇流母线,是DC/DC变换器所面临的挑战.对串联谐振DC/DC变换器(SRC)的输出整流单元进行了改进,提出一种带有升压整流特性的串联谐振DC/DC变换器.该变换器与传统串联谐振DC/DC变换器相比,减少了开关管数量,采用了强制半谐振来提高变换器效率,同时将谐振电容上的电压应力钳制在输出电压水平.首先对变换器的拓扑结构、工作原理和控制策略进行分析;其次推导了不同模式下电压增益与升压占空比的关系,并对其模式切换进行了分析;最后基于MAT-LAB/Simulink仿真,验证了该变换器的软开关、低电压应力、宽电压调节范围的特性.
Application of Wide Range Series Resonant DC/DC Converter in DC Buildings
As an effective integration mode of micro energy,DC confluence has been widely used in DC building system and oth-er application scenarios.It is a challenge for DC/DC converter to boost a wide range of low voltage level to the busbar safely,ef-ficiently and compactly.In this paper,the output rectifier unit of series resonant DC/DC converter(SRC)was improved,and a series resonant DC/DC converter with boost rectifier was proposed.Compared with the traditional series resonant DC/DC con-verter,the converter reduces the number of switches,adopts forced semi resonance to improve the efficiency of the converter,and clamps the voltage stress on the resonant capacitor at the output voltage level.Firstly,the topology,working principle and control strategy of the converter were analyzed.Then the relationship between voltage gain and boost duty cycle in different modes was deduced,and its mode switching was analyzed.Finally,based on MATLAB/Simulink simulation,the characteristics of soft switching,low voltage stress and wide voltage regulation range of the converter were verified.
