Analysis and Optimization of Safety Oil Circuit Problems in Gas Turbine
The safety oil trip circuit of the Mitsubishi M701F4 gas steam combined cycle split shaft arrangement is originally e-quipped with only one trip solenoid valve, thereby presenting a safety concern of potential unit refusal or misoperation in the e-vent of a single solenoid valve failure.Through the optimization of the safety oil circuit and trip solenoid valve control circuit of the gas turbine,a transformation was implemented whereby a single trip solenoid valve was replaced by four solenoid valves fea-turing dual channels.Initially first connected in parallel and subsequently in series for control, this modification effectively miti-gated the safety risks associated with unit misoperation or refusal of operation.Concurrently, the implementation of online tes-ting function for the solenoid valve was achieved, improving operational reliability, and it has universal promotion value in the same type of gas turbine.
