基于时序生产模拟算法的抽水蓄能发展需求分析

摘要
抽水蓄能具有保障大电网安全、服务清洁能源消纳和促进电力系统优化运行的三大作用,是构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统的重要支撑.以高比例、大规模新能源应用为特点的某省级电网作为典型应用场景,综合考虑新能源发展规划、电力需求预测、各类电源规划、能源特性及系统经济性等方面,开展基于时序生产模拟算法的系统电力供需平衡、调峰平衡及抽水蓄能需求分析,从促进新能源消纳和系统运行费用最低角度,给出电源发展推荐方案及抽水蓄能合理发展规模建议.
Abstract
Pumped storage has three functions of ensuring the safety of large power grid,serving the consumption of clean energy and promoting the optimal operation of the power system,which is an important support for the construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body.In this paper,the provincial power grid characterized by high proportion and large-scale new energy devel-opment is taken as a typical application scenario.New energy development planning,power demand forecasting,various power supply planning,energy characteristics and system economy were comprehensively considered to carry out power supply and demand balance,peak balancing and pumped storage demand analysis based on time-series production simulation algorithm.Finally,from the angle of promoting the consumption of new energy and minmum operating cost of the system,the recommended power supply development scheme and the reasonable development scale of pumped storage were given.
