Distribution Network Planning Based on an Improved Multi-objective Mayfly Algorithm
With the widespread application of energy storage technology in the auxiliary service market,in order to improve the economy of the distribution network,a distribution network planning model considering energy storage degradation and auxiliary service costs was proposed in this paper.Firstly,a distribution network planning cost optimization model was established considering investment,mainte-nance costs, electricity trading costs, and self regulatory service revenue. The energy storage degradation penalty was added to the optimi-zation objective to avoid excessive charging and discharging of the energy storage system when providing regulation services.Secondly,to improve the performance of the mayfly algorithm in solving the model and avoid getting stuck in local optima,an improved multi-objec-tive mayfly algorithm was proposed based on fuzzy mechanism and Pareto solution set update strategy. Finally, taking IEEE33 node as the research object, simulation results of different schemes shown that the proposed planning model could improve the economic effi-ciency of the distribution network, effectively extend the maximum life cycle of the energy storage system, and achieved collaborative planning of various elements on the distribution network side.
