摘要

针对当前变电站继电保护设备检修作业中二次安措执行普遍依据作业习惯,形式多样,对不同二次安措的执行效果缺乏有效评判的问题,通过考量其可靠性与操作复杂性两个维度,给出了系统性的二次安措可靠性评价模型,针对具体案例给出了最优模型.最优模型对现有工法给出了改进方案.本方法兼顾了运维单位的习惯,具备应用可行性.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems that the secondary safety measures during substation secondary device maintenance opreation process exists implementing common based operating habits,various forms and lack of evaluation,a general reliability evalua-tion model of second safety measures is proposed by considering two dimensions on reliability and operational complexity,and a optimal model which provides improvement plans for existing method is given based on specific cases.The method takes into ac-count the habit of operation and maintenance corporation,and it has application feasibility.
