虚拟电厂作为源网荷储一体化的关键实现手段,能有效整合多元分布式资源,并进行协同互动,为构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统提供有效解决方案.针对虚拟电厂在广泛整合海量分布式资源参与电力市场的互动运行过程中面临协调控制和聚合交易的重大挑战,基于国内外虚拟电厂的政策环境、实践经验和现有研究,深入探讨虚拟电厂分层分区架构的设计和实现.从资源评估与动态聚合角度提出基于分层分区架构的资源聚合方法,从虚拟电厂运营模式及多元资源协同控制技术角度探索互动技术,并对虚拟电厂的未来发展提出了针对性的建议.
Research on Resource Aggregation and Interaction Mode of Virtual Power Plant Based on Hierarchical Partition Architecture
As an important means to realize the integration of source,network,load and storage,virtual power plant can effec-tively aggregate multiple distributed resources and carry out collaborative interaction,and provide a good solution for building a new power system with new energy as the main body.In view of the major challenges of coordinated control and aggregated transaction faced by virtual power plants in the process of extensively integrating massive distributed resources to participate in the interactive operation of the power market,the design and implementation of hierarchical partition architecture of virtual power plants are deeply discussed based on the policy environment,practical experience and existing research of virtual power plants at home and abroad.A method of virtual power plant resource aggregation based on hierarchical partition architecture is proposed from the aspects of resource evaluation and dynamic aggregation.The research on the virtual power plant interaction technology based on hierarchical partition architecture is carried out from the aspects of virtual power plant operation mode and multi-resource virtual power plant collaborative control technology,and the future development of virtual power plant is pros-pected and suggestions are put forward.
