Research on the Impact of Electromagnetic Fields from DC Transmission Lines on the Performance of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
This article provides an overview of the electromagnetic environment generated by DC transmission lines and explores the potential impact of DC voltage on the inspection performance of small rotor unmanned aerial vehicles from a theoretical per-spective.Considering the characteristics of transmission lines with different DC voltage levels,the corresponding line simulation models were constructed,and standard structures and materials reflecting the actual inspection operation of unmanned aerial ve-hicles were selected.Subsequently,a simulation model of a small rotor unmanned aerial vehicle was produced.Through the estab-lished simulation environment,the distribution of electromagnetic fields around transmission lines under DC voltage levels was analyzed,and the effect and influence degree of small rotorcraft UAV on the distribution was analyzed.The simulation results show that with the increase of the voltage level,the electric field intensity in the space near the transmission line also increases,and the proportion of its increase is basically consistent with the increase in voltage level;In the tripod and rotor parts of the drone,the electric field intensity will be intensified due to the influence of charge polarization;As for the magnetic field intensi-ty,it is related to the magnitude of the transmission current in the circuit.When the current increases,the magnetic field intensi-ty also increases accordingly,and theoretically,its increase is proportional to the increase of the current.
