摘要

以硼酸和氧化钙为原料,采用水热法合成了粒径分布均匀的球型纳米硼酸钙润滑油添加剂.通过改变反应温度、硼钙物质的量比及反应时间研究了生成硼酸钙的影响因素.利用XRD和TEM对其结构组成和形貌进行了表征,结果发现:制得产品是CaB6O10·5H2O,粒径为10~20 nm,分布均匀.将添加剂样品与润滑油按照一定比例混合,超声搅拌下使添加剂均匀分散在润滑油中,制得成品油.静止考察了润滑油的稳定性和分散性,并且测试了润滑油的抗磨减摩性能.结果表明:纳米CaB6O10·5H2O添加剂具有良好的分散性、稳定性和抗磨减摩性能.

Abstract

The spherical calcium borate which was well-distributed nano-particles used as lubricating oil additives had been preparated by hydrothermal synthesis using boric acid and calcium oxide as raw materials.The different hydrothermal temperature B/Ca proportions and hydrothermal time were studied.The composition and morphology of samples were characterized by XRD and TEM.The results showed the product was CaB6O10 · 5H2O with diameters of 10-20 nm and homogenous distribution.The refined oil was produced from a certain percentage of the sample dispersed in lubricating oil with agitation and ultrasonic.The stability and dispersion of lubricants were characterized by standing observation.And the antiwear friction properties of lubrication oil was examined.And the results showed nano-CaB6O10 · 5H2O additive had good dispersion,stability and anti-wear friction properties.
