Uncertainty evaluation of 29 pesticide residues in chrysanthemum by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry
In order to establish the determination method of 29 pesticide residues in chrysanthemum by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and its uncertainty evaluation, the content of 29 pesticide residues in chrysanthemum was determined by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with internal standard method, and the uncertainty generated in the detection process was analyzed and evaluated by establishing a mathematical model according to the evaluation criteria and expression of the measurement uncertainty. It includes three aspects:preparation of standard solution, fitting of standard curve and determination of test products. The results showed that the linearity of the 29 pesticides in chrysanthemum were good in the range of 0.002~0.1 mg/L,and the coefficient of determination R2 was between 0.997 36~0.999 82.The limits of quantitation were 0.002 03~1.189 63 mg/L,and the limits of detection were 0.000 64~0.356 89 mg/L.In addition, the average recoveries were between 69.85%and 93.26%,and the extended uncertainties were between 0.004 787~0.058 935 mg/kg for the measured values of 0.04,0.06 and 0.1 mg/kg for the 29 pesticides. The uncertainty of measurement results showed that the preparation of standard working solutions and the fitting of standard curve were the main factors affecting the uncertainty of the measurement method in this experiment. The results could provide reference for determination of pesticide residues in chrysanthemum and uncertainty evaluation.
