PPM1A inhibits the migration, invasion and EMT process of PANC-1 pancreatic cancer cells
To investigate the effects of protein phosphatase magnesium-dependent 1A(PPM1A)on the migration, invasion and epithelial-mesenchymal transformation(EMT)in pancreatic cancer(PC),bioinformatics analysis and cellular immunofluorescence methods were used to study the expression of PPM1A.Wound healing,Transwell,qRT-PCR,Western blot and immunofluorescence tests were used to detect the effects of PPM1A on the migration and invasion of PANC-1 cells and the expression level of EMT markers. The bioinformatics website predicts upstream miRNAs of PPM1A.The results showed that PPM1A was underexpressed in PC and inhibited the migration, invasion and EMT process of PANC-1 cells,miR-105-5p was a potential upstream miRNA of PPM1A,and PPM1A and miR-105-5p may be new targets for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
