非自燃煤矸石粗骨料高性能混凝土耐硫酸盐侵蚀性能

为扩大非自燃煤矸石(NCCG)混凝土应用范围,减少煤矸石堆放对环境造成的污染,将NCCG代替天然碎石制备绿色高性能混凝土,系统地研究不同水胶比、粗骨料取代率、矿物掺合料种类与掺量、硅灰裹浆水灰比对其耐硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响,并借助扫描电镜-能谱分析(SEM-EDS)与X线衍射(XRD)探讨损失机理.结果表明:水胶比越大,各项损伤指标越大;复掺质量分数20%矿渣粉与质量分数10%粉煤灰时耐硫酸盐侵蚀性能最佳;硅灰裹浆NCCG骨料对提高耐硫酸盐侵蚀性能不明显.NCCG取代率越大、水胶比越大生成的钙矾石和石膏等侵蚀产物越多,复掺粉煤灰与矿渣粉时生成的侵蚀产物最少,建议工程中NC-CG取代率不宜超过30%,按照矿渣粉与粉煤灰2∶1的质量比复掺使用2种矿物掺合料.
Sulfate resistance of high performance concrete with non-spontaneous combustion coal gangue coarse aggregate
In order to expand the application range of non-spontaneous combustion coal gangue(NCCG)concrete and reduce the environmental pollution caused by coal gangue stacking,NCCG is substituted for natural gravel to prepare green high-performance concrete.The effects of different water-binder ratio,coarse aggregate substitution rate,mineral admixture type and dosage,water-cement ratio of wolfing slurry on its sulfate attack resistance were systematically studied.The loss mechanism of wolfing slurry was investigated by SEM-EDS and XRD.The results showed that the higher the water-binder ratio is,the higher the damage index is.The best sulfate resistance was obtained by mixing 20%slag powder and 10%mass fraction flv ash.Silica fume coated NCCG aggreeate has no obvious improvement in sulfate resistance.The larger the NCCG substitution rate is,the larger the water-binder ratio is,the more ettringite and gypsum will be generated,and the least erosion products will be generated when fly ash and slag powder are mixed and it is suggested that the NCCG substitution rate should not exceed 30%in the project,and two mineral admixtures should be used in a 2∶1 ratio of slag powder and fly ash.
