炎性小体在胶质瘤中的研究进展

中文摘要：炎性小体是由凋亡相关斑点样蛋白(apoptosis-associated speckle-like protein,ASC)、半胱天冬酶-1(caspase-1)和细胞中的模式识别受体(pattern recognition receptors,PRR)组成的一种多聚蛋白复合物.炎性小体在肿瘤的发生过程中具有重要作用,包括对肿瘤生物学行为、细胞焦亡及免疫的调控,靶向炎性小体可为肿瘤的治疗及预后改善提供新的思路.胶质瘤是中枢神经系统中恶性程度高、预后差的肿瘤,本文对炎性小体的组成、激活机制及其在胶质瘤中的作用进行了综述.

外文摘要：Inflammasome is composed of apoptosis-associated speckle-like protein(ASC),caspase-1 and pattern recognition receptors(PRR).Inflammasome plays an important role in the process of tumorigenesis,including the regulation of tumor biological behavior,pyroptosis and immunity.Targeting inflammasome may provide new ideas for tumor treatment and prognosis improvement.Gliomas are highly malignant brain tumors with poor prognosis in the central nervous system.This article reviews the composition,activation mechanism and the role of inflammasome in gliomas.
