Intercropping stereo mixed culture model test among Argopecten irradians,Stichopus japonicus and Scapharca broughtonii
In order to make full use of water space and reduce breeding costs, the three-dimensional mixed culture experiment of gulf scallops(Argopecten irradians),Stichopus japonicus and Scaphar-ca broughtonii was conducted in the sea area of ocean ranch, and a comprehensive culture system composed of different trophic levels of organisms was formed.Water quality monito-ring was carried out in the test area and non-test area after the proliferation of the seedlings. The re-sults showed that the proliferation of the seedlings did not cause pollution in the test area, and the fil-ter feeding characteristics of the three aquatic species improved the water quality to some extent. The yield of gulf scallops"Haiyifeng 12",Stichopus japonicus and Scapharca broughtonii was 1 1000 kg/hm2,767.59 kg/hm2 and 1 302 kg/hm2,respectively.The results show that the intercropping stereo mixed culture model of gulf scallops,Stichopus japonicus and Scapharca broughtonii not only had good ecological benefits, but also had significant economic benefits.
