摘要

综述了益生菌对虾贝抗氧化能力、免疫功能和肠道屏障的调节作用,介绍了常见益生菌对虾贝生物功能调节的机制,展望了益生菌的研究发展方向.

Abstract

The regulatory effects of probiotics on the antioxidant capacity,immune function and intesti-nal barrier of shrimp and shellfish were reviewed,the mechanisms of common probiotics on the regu-lation of biological functions of shrimp and shellfish were introduced,and the direction of the develop-ment of probiotic research was prospected.
