摘要
在对海洋牧场的定义、类型进行理论分析的基础上,选取广东省湛江市硇洲岛海域养护型海洋牧场、辽宁省大连市獐子岛增殖型海洋牧场和山东省日照市岚山阳光休闲型海洋牧场作为不同类型海洋牧场的典型代表,对其海域选址、管理模式、建设成效进行比较并搜寻相关资料分析各类型海洋牧场存在的问题,最后从建立科学建设标准、加大专项政策支持、完善管理体制机制、加大资金投入、创新科技赋能等方面提出健全对策.
Abstract
Based on the theoretical analysis of the definition and type of marine pasture,as the typical representative of different types of marine pastures,Naozhou Island marine conservation pasture in Zhanjiang City,Guangdong Province,Zhangzi Island proliferation marine pasture in Dalian City,Lia-oning Province,and Lanshan Sunshine recreational marine pasture in Rizhao City,Shandong Province were selected.The site selection,management mode and construction effect of the sea area were com-pared,and the existing problems were analyzed in various types of marine pastures by searching for relevant data.Finally,sound countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of establishing scien-tific construction standards,increasing special policy support,improving management system and mechanism,increasing capital investment,and enabling innovation of science and technology.
