The current developmental status of the pneumatic conveying feeder
This paper lists the research results of pneumatic conveying feeder at home and abroad,in-troduces the influencing factors of pneumatic conveying feeder,and lists the auxiliary effect of CFD-DEM simulation on the design of pneumatic conveying feeder.It is found that CFD-DEM simulation regards particles as discrete entities,and uses discrete element method(DEM)to describe the interac-tion between particles.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)is used to describe the particle-fluid in-teraction.The advantage of this coupling method is that it can take the shape,size and density of the particles into account,which makes the numerical simulation of multiphase flow more accurate.
