Analysis on production situation of focal monitoring species in aquaculture in Hebei Province in the first quarter of 2024
In order to understand production situation of aquaculture in 2023 in Hebei province,60 sites in 12 counties(districts)in the province were selected to monitor the production information of focal aquaculture species,including conventional freshwater fishes and the white-leg shrimp Penaeus vannamei(freshwater&seawater).The production situation of the species was analyzed and forecasted.Ac-cording to the analysis of the data,in the first season in 2024,the main aquatic products to ensure the supply for the province were sufficient,the consuming demand increased,amount of products sold in-creased as compared with the previous figure,price of several freshwater fishes increased,stocking a-mount of seedlings increased.Price of the white-leg shrimp kept decline.It was forecasted that the production situation of conventional freshwater fish will develop in a good momentum,the market of the white-leg shrimp will restore.
