摘要

在甘肃省白银市平川区的恒温盐碱冷流水孵化车间开展了三倍体虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)发眼卵人工孵化及鱼苗培育试验,通过水质调控、疫病防控、营养强化、科学投饵等关键技术方法,探索出三倍体虹鳟发眼卵恒温盐碱冷流水人工孵化与鱼苗培育模式,试验取得较好的经济效益,三倍体虹鳟发眼卵孵化率达到了 92%,鱼苗成活率达到 80%以上.

Abstract

Experiments of artificial hatching and fry cultivation of triploid rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss)eyed eggs were carried out in the constant temperature salt-alkali cold water hatching work-shop in Pingchuan District,Baiyin City,Gansu Province.Through key technologies such as water quality control,disease prevention and control,nutrition enhancement and scientific feeding,the model of artificial hatching and fry cultivation of triploid rainbow trout eyed eggs with constant tem-perature salt-alkali cold water was explored,and good economic benefits were obtained.The hatch-ing rate of eyed eggs of triploid rainbow trout reached 92%,and the survival rate of fish fry reached more than 80%.
