为了解麻醉保活技术在活鱼运输中的应用和最新研究进展,对活鱼运输过程中麻醉剂的种类、麻醉保活效果的影响因素、麻醉对鱼体生理生化及组织结构的影响进行了总结.
Abstract
In order to understand the latest reserch progress in fish anesthesia and live fish transporta-tion,types of anesthetics used in live fish transportation were listed and factors influencing anesthesia efficacy were also summarized.In addtion,effects of anesthesia on the physiological,biochemical,and tissue structure of the fish were analyzed.
