The effect of BPS on antioxidant indicators in the kidney of golden crucian carp
To study the effect of bisphenol S(BPS)as a substitute for bisphenol A on renal oxidation indicators in golden crucian carp(Carasslus auratus),golden crucian carp that were domesticated and adapted for one week in advance were randomly divided into 5 groups, with 10 fish in each group. On the basis of safe concentration, one was control group,4 groups were treated with different concentra-tion of BPS(1,10,100,1 000 pg/L,respectively,which are equally spaced in log space)for 15 days. After the test, three fish from each group were taken for sampling, and the contents of total superox-ide dismutase(T-SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and catalase(CAT)in the kidney of golden cru-cian carp were measured. The effects of different BPS concentrations on the antioxidant indexes of the kidney of golden crucian carp were analyzed. The results showed that,on the basis of safe concentra-tion,with the increase of BPS concentration, the CAT activity and total SOD activity in the liver of golden crucian carp significantly decreased, while the MDA content significantly increased.
