为探究滦南县嘴东海域海水池塘多营养层次养殖模式下浮游生物群落结构特征,优化海水池塘养殖模式和生态调控措施,在海水池塘"红鳍东方鲀(Takifugu rubripes)-中国对虾(Fennero penaeus chinen-sis)-硬壳蛤(Mercenaria mercenarias)"多营养层次养殖期间,定期进行采样检测,将多营养层次养殖池塘与红鳍东方鲀单养池塘的水质理化因子、浮游生物的种类和数量进行对比分析.结果显示,多营养层次养殖模式下的水质理化因子优于单养模式;浮游植物的种类相同,多营养层次养殖模式下的浮游植物丰度低于单养模式,浮游植物的优势种差异不大,均以硅藻门和甲藻门藻类为主,且优势度指数相对较低;就浮游动物而言,多营养层次养殖模式与单养模式下的浮游动物种类相同,多营养层次养殖模式下的浮游动物丰度低于单养模式,不同养殖模式下浮游动物优势种差异不大,均以节肢动物和浮游幼体为主,且优势度指数相对较低.
Characteristics of plankton community structure of polytrophic level culture model in seawater ponds in Zuidong Sea area,Luannan County
To explore the characteristics of plankton community structure of polytrophic level culture model in seawater ponds in the Zuidong sea area of Luannan County,and to optimize the aquaculture model and ecological regulation measures of seawater ponds,during the seawater ponds polytrophic level culture of"Takifugu rubripes-Fennero penaeus chinensis-Mercenaria mercenarias",water quality and physicochemical factors,species and quantity of plankton in polytrophic level breeding ponds were compared with those in Takifugu rubripes monoculture ponds.The results showed that,the water quality physicochemical factors of polytrophic level culture mode were better than those of the mono culture mode.In the case of phytoplankton,the species of phytoplankton were the same in both culture modes,the abundance of phytoplankton in polytrophic level culture mode was lower than that in monoculture mode,there was little difference in the dominant species of phyto-plankton.Bacillariophyta and pyrrophyta were dominant algae,and the dominance index was relative-ly low.In the case of zooplankton,the species of zooplankton were the same in both culture modes,the abundance of zooplankton in polytrophic level culture mode was lower than that in monoculture mode,there was little difference in the dominant species of zooplankton under different farming modes,arthropods and larval planktons were dominant zooplankton,and the dominance index was rel-atively low.
