微生态制剂对小丑鱼生长及养殖水质的影响试验

为探讨微生态制剂对海水观赏鱼养殖的影响效果,在小丑鱼(Amphiprion frenatus)养殖水体中定期加入微生态制剂,通过60 d的养殖试验,对比分析了处理组与对照组的水质指标和小丑鱼的生长指标.结果显示,微生态制剂能显著降低水体中的氨态氮和亚硝酸态氮(P<0.05),对稳定pH和分解有机物等具有积极作用.处理组的小丑鱼成活率与对照组相比均有提高,但差异性不显著(P>0.05),处理组中微生态制剂对小丑鱼生长作用显著(P<0.05).
Effects of microecologics on water quality and growth of clownfish(Amphiprion frenatus)
In order to explore the effect of microecologics on the culture of the clownfish(Am phi prion frenatus),microecologics were added to the breeding water of the clownfish regularly,through 50 days of cultivation experiment,the water quality indexes and growth indexes of the clownfish between the treatment group and the control group were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the microecologics could significantly reduce ammonia nitrogen(P<0.05)and nitrite nitrogen(P<0.05),and had positive effects on stabilization of pH and decomposition of organic.Compared with the control group,the survival rate of the clownfish in treatment group were increased,but the differ-ence was not significant(P>0.05),and the microecologics in treatment group had significant effect on the growth of the clownfish(P<0.05).
